The artists at Ink Station Tattoo prioritize their artistic identity and expression like no others. When thinking of a subject for the piece featured, the choice was made to portray a green tree frog because of the freedom it allowed the artists to interpret its key feature. Color. Even artists with similar styles will all take different approaches to the color of a piece, and given how different the styles of the Ink Station Nation are, it's clear to see how the piece ended up as vibrant as it did.
