Artists Statement

Water is hugely important to our world. To me, fruits are some of the best things grown with water! Lately, I've been artistically carving fruit for special events.

I like to create. Installations, art, murals, and experiments. You may have seen my painting of a tiger on the wall in the St. Phillip School's gym. I've been part of a collaborative art group called the Changling Lab where we repurposed items to make functional and decorative art; made a Crown of Thorns painting for church; painting of ingredients to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for a neighborhood org; all the major characters for a downtown Alice in Wonderland birthday celebration; designed a giant dragon for a cultural event and Beehive Float for another parade; helped with the pattern design on a 3D turtle; built a cave installation for Kingman Museum; joined in decorating the fence for the Kaleidoscope Garden at Leila Arboretum; and endless sketches and caricatures.
